On the 3rd, the full moon enters Gemini. Called the “Cold Moon,” it is also a supermoon, which means it is the closest to Earth the moon could be. There is a lot of cosmic energy pushing you to dig deep and added intensity and meaning to this moon.

_____

Now is also a time when truth is going to be revealed. Neptune, the dreamy planet of inspiration, illusion, and confusion, is square this powerful moon. This means you may find yourself in a bit of drama, or questioning your own perception of your reality. Secrets may be revealed to you, and the light will shine through. Since this is also a time of Mercury going retrograde, (check out how to survive and thrive Mercury retrograde here!) a time when communication gets muddled, it can add to cosmic frustration. If you need to get something off your chest, reflect before you speak, but speak with your whole heart in your whole truth.

This is the last full moon of this crazy, cosmic year. 2017, the year of the fire rooster, was tough, but brought about ultimate soul transformation. Clear out the old, make way for the new, and get ready to (finally) have the dust settle after this month.

Mediation:
Reflect on how far you’ve come this year. Think of where you were at this time, exactly one year ago. Isn’t it incredible how different life can be in a year’s time? Reflect on what has come, what has gone, and what has transformed. What comes up for you? Feel every emotion, own your path, and trust the process — your experiences have made you infinitely stronger.

Ritual:
Cleanse your space with herbal smoke, light a candle, and write down all ways life has transformed for you this year. Think relationships, perspective, work, purpose, etc. Write them down, and give thanks for each lesson and blessing. Now, honor yourself. Adorn yourself with essential oils, put on your favorite song, have a good cry, do whatever you feel will strengthen your soul and heal your fierce heart. Snuff out the candle when you’re finished. You’ve made it.

Mantra:
“I am in the divine flow – everything is happening for me, not to me. I am trusting the unknown. I am stepping into my fullest potential.”
