Have you ever walked into a company, maybe you were familiar with the brand and maybe not, and found yourself wondering: Who’s the boss? How did he/she imagine something so incredible? How does it all work behind the scenes?

Now in its third season on the New England Cable Network, “The Boss” has uncovered the stories of Stonyfield Farms, Ocean Spray, Lego and Life is Good, to name a few … and yesterday they were here filming our very own Head Designer and Founder Carolyn Rafaelian, CEO Giovanni Feroce, family, friends and some of the incredible staff here at Alex and Ani.

The show airs in four, half-hour segments, uncovering the company’s legacy one night at a time, beginning with “The Resume,” “The Facts,” “The Interview” and ending with “The Future.” Consistent with their titles, each episode shares a different piece of the puzzle, from how the company began to what’s next. As part of the filming, Carolyn invited the crew into her Rhode Island home, inside the Alex and Ani warehouse known as Cinerama, where Carolyn’s father Ralph got her interested in jewelry so many years ago, and finally in the Alex and Ani World Headquarters.

Be sure to stay tuned for the air date for a behind-the-scenes look at Alex and Ani. “The Boss” airs Monday nights at 8 p.m.
