We often doubt how much we can take, at work, at home, or even from ourselves. We can become lax and not push ourselves because we don’t believe we can stand the pressure. It is important in these moments to remember  other times you surprised yourself with your own resilience and strength. Sometimes it might be waiting for a bad time to end, and other times it could be having the courage to walk away from a situation. Whatever the case, remember that you have conquered problems in the past, and you can do the same now.
